I’m Dan - a proud Husband and Dad who’s spent over 20 years solving problems as an engineer. I'm a family man, and at home you’ll find me messing around with our kids, tinkering with music, or sat in front of a book that stretches my mind.

Eight years ago I set out on a journey to understand how my head works. I'd been suffering from a spell of depression, and was desperate to cut through overwhelm and build a life that felt intentional. Along the way I discovered that - when you treat your thoughts and choices like parts in a well designed machine...clarity and confidence follow. You start to see results, and everything changes.

I started to apply the principles of electrical engineering to the way I think, and ever since - I've opened more doors than I ever thought possible.

Now I get to live my life doing what energises me - I help men to break free from the pain, isolation and hopelessness that they've been experiencing. Nothing is more integral to a man's personal growth, than being part of a group of men who act as a unit - supporting one another, holding each other accountable, and learning together.
